History
After decades spent on the verge of complete disrepair, The Isla Gladstone Conservatory has been totally disassembled, taken away, expertly restored and rebuilt, and is now one of the North West’s newest, most exclusive and unique events venues.
Laid onto brand new ground, over a metre higher than its original Victorian foundations, The Isla Gladstone Conservatory offers fantastic views across the city centre. Underneath the newly refurbished conservatory space is a brand new addition to the property, Kemps
Kemps Bistro is a comfortable and well-appointed eatery and is open to the public daily. Food is prepared on the premises using fresh and locally-sourced produce, helping to support local producers and maintain the local economy.
Much thought has gone into the mouth watering menu and you can be sure there is something to suit even the most discerning palette. Food is carefully prepared by a meticulous team and everything is overseen by our experienced Head Chef.
Whether it’s a coffee you crave after a chilly winter’s walk through the park, a light lunch in summer or something more substantial over a catch up with friends, the bistro is the place to go.
