Hannah... you are amazing, always keeping me chilled out and knowing that you were at the end of the phone whenever I needed you was the best help ever. "Hi Hannah, I had the most amazing day want to do it all again! Everything was perfect. Anne Marie was amazing everyone loved her my dad kept saying how nice and friendly she was - she has such a nice way about her with working with everyone, when I came on the friday to run over everything she really calmed my nerves and I felt so at ease that everything I needed setting up and running on the day would be done, and it was perfect.
The 3 course meal was absolutely amazing people said it was nicest meal they've had ! I loved it I was stuffed! The fishcakes were just perfect...the lamb shank was cooked to perfection and everyone kept commenting on it- everyone commented on how they couldnt choose a better menu. The sticky toffee pudding I couldn't get to that as I was too stuffed but I know it went down a treat! Paul loved the sauce it was served with......The staff who served it were spot on I couldn't fault one thing!
The BBQ was amazing. I came out to look at the BBQ and was so pleased with how great the setup looked it looked like I was on the Marina in Marbella or somewhere!
Everyone's has said it is the best wedding they have ever been too and everyone commented on how stunning the venue was, it really was spectacular and when the sun came down it was gorgeous! I haven't got one bad word about anything, from yourself through to the bar staff everyone has been spot on and I would love to personally thank everyone of you.
Gemma and Gary have a great venue there and a great team of people. Thanks for everything I will send you my pictures as and when I get them incase you want to use them on the site. Thanks you so so much for everything you helped with the planning and make our day so special"

"Every staff member we dealt with was so helpful and had a great sense of humour. Would like to especially say a huge thanks to Mandy - who was very professional and helpful at all times. Also like to thank Phil and Ann-Marie who were both very accomodating and excellent with the organising and setting up of the room and making us feel very relaxed and were there when we needed them on the day of the wedding. A massive thank you to all the staff who helped me get the blackcurrant out of my wedding dress (Phew!!) and an overall thank you to all the bar staff - who were very happy! Everyone who came to our wedding was blown away by The Isla Gladstone, they all commented on how amazingly beautiful the venue was and how quick they all got served at the bar. This venue is a credit to our city and will always melt my heart with happy memories."

"Dear Mandy. Thank you and your superb team for another memorable night of boxing at the Isla Gladstone last night, it was a brilliant event, your staff worked so hard to make this a fantastic night for the club and the spectators and we are extremely grateful and would like you to pass our thanks to all of them, we rally appreciate all you do for us.
I have said this to you before but you are helping to make such a difference to these young people’s lives and no matter what happens to them in the future they and their families will always remember the night that they boxed at the Isla Gladstone. We had boxers coming from Scotland, wales, Carlisle, and various places around the country, they were all amazed at the venue and said it was the best venue in the country and cold not believe that they were boxing there. The people we get the ring from come from the north east of the country and travel all over the united kingdom, they said they have never seen a boxing show at a venue like the Isla Gladstone, not even professional shows.
This season has been remarkable for the club, we have had four national champions, a tri nations silver medallist and four amazing boxing shows at the Isla Gladstone, our young people are so proud that they box at such a venue. It is wonderful to watch them come up the stairs to their own music and enter into such a magnificent setting. I hope everything has been ok for you and we have not been too much of a nuisance.
Our season is coming to an end but we all hope that we can continue to have our shows with you next season which starts again in September. Best wishes. Joan and everyone at Everton Red Triangle"

“The organisation of our wedding was faultless, Mandy was very professional and efficient at all times. We certainly thought the food was very good, and several guests commented on the high quality of it as well, particularly given the large number being catered for. Vegetarian dishes also went down well. The staff were all kind, helpful and efficient and every request was catered for quickly and pleasantly. I was particularly impressed with the way the staff dealt with the problem of my florist not delivering flowers in time. They tried other alternatives to provide their own decoration, telephoned the florist for me, and quickly arranged the flowers with no fuss once they did arrive, for which I was very grateful. Again I would just like to thank Mandy, Hannah and all of the staff who helped to give us exactly what we wanted and create a magical day for us both.”

“Mandy dealt with our booking and was very professional throughout. She was always polite and very customer focused, nothing seemed to trouble her. Mandy is a credit to the company and I expect your bookings will increase due to her customer focus and skills in this area.
The food was excellent, people who attended gave great feedback and I personally had the vegetarian options which was great also. The service was excellent overall and the team worked well through the food service. I can not remember the lady in charge on the night Jenny I think, but she couldn't do enough for you and directed the team with clear direction.
I felt everything went well, even when a person spilt a drink over the tablecloth, this was conducted quickly and efficiently in record time. I did not thank the lady in question due to myself having a drink at being relieved it all went so well. People who did attend have been complementing on the event all weekend and how great a venue it was, so I think future business will come from word of mouth. The venue is very accessible which is excellent. The service was excellent overall.
I feel the venue is very reasonable price for what you receive, compared to other venue's I have used in the past. The venue has so much going for it.”
